1. Zero-Return Policy on Research Compounds
Due to the delicate nature of research peptides and the strict necessity for controlled storage conditions, Crownwell Research maintains a strict All Sales Are Final policy.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any chemical compounds, whether the packaging has been opened or remains sealed. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage history or purity, meaning it cannot be restocked or resold.
This strict protocol is in place to ensure that every researcher receives pristine, contaminant-free materials that have never left our chain of custody.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Protocol for Claims:

Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Documentation: Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or incorrect product label (e.g., a broken vial of GHK-Cu or BPC-157).

Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a replacement shipment via the same shipping method originally selected.
3. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Lost or Seized Packages

Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (and not marked as “Delivered”), we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Customs Seizures (International): We are not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local regulations regarding research chemicals. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know the laws of their jurisdiction before ordering. Refunds are not issued for seized shipments.
5. Product Quality Concerns
Our compounds, such as TB-500 and MOTS-c, are manufactured to strict purity standards. If you suspect a quality issue based on analytical testing:

Subjective claims regarding research outcomes (e.g., “the experiment didn’t work”) do not qualify for refunds, as these products are for experimental research use only.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved (for cancellations or damaged goods), it will be processed immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
